Simple Summer Salad

1 15.5 oz. can golden corn, drained
1 15.5 oz. can black beans, thoroughly rinsed and drained
1 large hass avocado diced
3 small limes, juiced
1 medium red onion, diced
5 tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. kosher salt

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on jalapeno tostadas.

    I'm thinking...this would be lovely but with fresh corn from the cob. And I'm not sure I know what a jalapeno tostada is.
